Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has closed a section of Franklin Street from Eight Street to Ninth Street for water service line maintenance. Motorists will be detoured to Eight Street and Ninth Street to avoid the work zone. The water service line maintenance is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 11:00am.
