Clarksville, TN – The Clarksville Gas and Water Department (CGW) has closed a section of Franklin Street from Eight Street to Ninth Street for water service line work. Traffic will be detoured to Eight Street and Ninthh Street to bypass the work zone. The water line work is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 6:30pm.
